• Registry identity — every Buzz agent has a public entry in the Google Agent Registry, the discovery layer agent-to-agent commerce will search first.
• Signed provenance — agent instances minted with Nostr keypairs, so a counterparty agent can verify who it is dealing with.
• Published terms — machine-readable policies on every site, so an agent can evaluate the contract before a human ever reads it.

We will not pretend agent-to-agent commerce is solved. Payments, liability, and dispute handling between machines are open problems the whole industry is working through. What Buzz Agents has done is build the layers that are ready — identity, tools, provenance, policies — so that when the payment rails land, there is something real on the shelf.
